2023 Bike the Creek

Register today for Bike the Creek 2023!

Bike the Creek is a community event that raises awareness on the benefits of cycling and how active transportation is essential to building a healthy and sustainable community. Established in 2014, the event is planned with partners, BikeBrampton, Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA), City of Brampton, City of Mississauga and the Town of Caledon. This event attracts over 1000 cycling enthusiasts of all ages and engages over 50 volunteers from the community.

This event inspires the community to get out and enjoy cycling and educate them on the benefits of active transportation and highlighting the incredible trail system in the Region of Peel.

The first 1000 participants to register will be treated to a complimentary lunch after their ride!

Bike the Creek is making every attempt to reduce waste and asks participants for their help in using reusable water bottles.


Ride Times

  • 6k Family Ride (½ hour – 1 hr) - Check-in at 9:00am - 9:30am
  • 12km Family Ride (1.5 – 2 hrs) - Check-in at 9:00am - 9:30am
  • 30km Nature Ride (2.5 – 3 hrs) Check-in at 8:00am - 8:30am
  • 50km Brampton City Ride (3 - 4 hrs) - Check-in at 7:30am - 8:00am
  • 44km & 67km Caledon Town Ride (3 - 4.5 hrs) - Check-in at 6:45am - 7:15am
  • 61km Brampton Mississauga Ride - (3.75 - 4.5 hrs) - Check-in at 7:00am - 7:30am
  • BBQ lunch to follow all rides starting at 11:15am.
  • Formal ceremony begins at 12:15pm.
