OPG Pickering Learning Centre Pollinator Planting
By Mary Gawen

Would you like to help plant a native garden and learn about the pollinators that might use it?  We will be planting a new garden at the Ontario Power Generation (OPG) Pickering Learning Centre to help increase the diversity of plants in the community.  OPG will be providing dinner and a tour of the Simulator in the Learning Centre.

Please meet at the front entrance of the Pickering Learning Centre.

Registration is required for this event.

What to wear: Long pants, closed-toed shoes, tall socks, hat and sunscreen.

What to bring: Rain protection, bug spray, and reusable water bottle. Gardening gloves and water refill will be available on site.

Cancellation policy: The event will run rain or shine, but will be cancelled if there is a greater than 70% chance of thunderstorm or other hazardous weather. Registrants will be emailed by 8:00am on the morning of the event if there is a cancellation.

TRCA is committed to creating an accessible experience for all participants. If you require an accommodation, please email at least 7 days prior to the event.
